Jackass Mt. Ranch is located in the southern end of the Columbia Basin, a semi-desert best known for its agricultural products in southeastern Washington. The name comes from the actual location, Jackass Mt., highest point in Franklin County. Quite fitting, since we raise a few mules who are our farm mascots. Aside from it's provision of sweet cherries, alfalfa and grain, Jackass Mt. Breeds and trains pure Spanish horses. We strive to breed the best quality Spanish horses that we can, focusing specifically for the disciplines of dressage and doma vaquera. Agility coupled with an extremely willing temperament makes these horses excel in performance.
